45-60 Minute Yoga Flow: Start the morning with a gentle yoga practice designed to energize and ground you.

30-45 Minute Breathwork Meditation: Dive deeper into relaxation with a breathwork meditation to help release tension and promote inner calm.

Light Lunch & Wine: After our practice, enjoy a delicious light lunch featuring a glass of Saginaw Vineyard's finest wine, a charcuterie board, and a bowl of comforting soup.

What's included?

We’ll start with a grounding yoga practice to ease you into the flow of the day, followed by guided meditation and breathwork to help you center yourself

There will be a break from 10:30-11am, allowing time for reflection, journaling, or simply connecting with fellow participants

We'll sit for a glass of wine or beverage of choice & lunch at 11am when the tasting room opens to the public

Who's It For

Since spots for the retreat are limited, all bookings are final and non-refundable. However, if something comes up and you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else or apply your payment toward a future retreat, subject to availability. I'm happy to work with you to ensure you don’t miss out!
